Developing MEWP risk assessment plans

The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) is hosting a free webinar on August 5 at 11 a.m. (EST) to discuss how North American rental and access companies can develop mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) risk assessment plans. 

Risk assessment are an essential management but the proper implementation of identified control measures is often hampered when safe work procedures are not adequately developed,” IPAF said in a statement. “Are control measures enough to keep people safe? Learn the answer and improve workers safety through this presentation on the need to develop safe work procedures.”

The one-hour event will be hosted by United Rentals’ Director of United Academy Bal Guerrero and Tony Groat, IPAF’s North America manager. There will be time at the end of the webinar for questions and answers. For those interested in attending, registration is free and can be completed here.
