Leada Acrow - the formwork, falsework and groundwork division of A-Plant, has been appointed as the sole hire supplier of MEVA’s formwork systems in the UK.

A-Plant and MEVA have worked together since 2000, when the rental firm started using MEVA’s all-plastic facing wall and slab panels as its main product for formwork systems.

Following the exclusive agreement, MEVA formwork will now be available for rent from Leada Acrow’s nine rental depots in the UK.

MEVA managing director Richard Harradine said: “Importantly for the customer, this deal now means [customers] have the added benefit of even greater nationwide support, quicker access to a large hire fleet and the confidence that no matter what the size of their project they can be assured of receiving the very best products backed up by the very best engineering and service.”

Leada Acrow’s director Simon Coveney added: “The agreement with MEVA shows our commitment to the product and the industry whilst giving us a fantastic opportunity to be the customers’ number one choice for formwork.”
