US-based manufacturer of safety products MSA has added a front D-ring option to its range of Workman Harnesses.

The new D-ring option, designed to fit a wide range of body types and sizes, is vertically oriented for easy connection to climbing systems.

The vest-style harness also comes with abrasion-resistant, durable yellow webbing that maintains 6000-lb (2700-kg) minimum breaking strength; a choice of Qwik-Fit Buckle or tongue-buckle leg straps; a clear, durable protective cover over label on shock absorbers, and a tear-tape design that keeps fall arrest forces under 900 lbs (408 kg).

The Workman Harness with D-ring option meets OSHA regulations, ANSI A10.32 and ANSI Z359.1, and is certified to CSA Z259.10-M90.
