New telehandlers from Xtreme

Xtreme Manufacturing debuted brand new and updated telehandlers during World of Concrete 2018.
Designed from the ground up, the new XR1055 has a lift capacity of up to 10,000 pounds (4,535kg), a maximum lift height of up to 55 feet (16.7m) and a forward reach of up to 39 feet (11.8m.) It features an extended wheelbase that delivers a machine weight of 34,600 pounds (15,694kg) and comes standard with a 74hp high torque Tier 4 final engine. For working at altitude or in extreme environments, a 120hp engine upgrade is available.
Xtreme also showed a brand new compact telehandler, the Xtreme XR630. The unit features a lift capacity of up to 6,000 pounds (2,721kg) and a maximum lift height of 30 feet, 7 inches (9.32m.) The unit has a forward reach of 18 feet, 5 inches (5.61m) that’s designed for an A-class carriage. The XR630 has been engineered with six degrees of frame sway, an advantage for contractors in this compact telehandler category, the company said, and the telehandler weighs 13,700 pounds (6,214kg.) It comes as standard with a 74hp Tier 4 Final engine.
Alongside the two brand new product launches, Xtreme also showed enhancements on two of its most popular telehandlers. The Xtreme XR1045 has been improved to become the XR1147, which now features an additional 1,000 pounds (453kg) of lift capacity, totaling 11,000 pounds (4,989kg). Additionally, the XR1147 has a maximum lift height of 47 feet (14.3m), an increase of 2 feet (0.6m) over the XR1045, and a forward reach of 31 feet, 6 inches (9.6m). The XR1147 uses the same chassis as the new XR1055 for improved commonality across the product line, and comes as standard with a 74hp high torque Tier 4 Final engine. A 120hp engine option is also available.
The Xtreme XR1270, which offers 70 feet (21.3m) of lift height, has also been enhanced to now lift an additional 3,000 pounds (1,360kg), giving it a new maximum lift capacity of 15,000 pounds (6,803kg.) The carriage class has also been uprated to C-class, instead of B-class, to handle the higher capacity loads.
All four of the new lifts are backed by Xtreme’s 10-year, 5-year, 2-year warranty.
