Magellan ProMark 500

Magellan ProMark 500

Magellan has introduced the ProMark 500, a dual-frequency GNSS receiver which offers construction surveyors fast, centimetre-level accurate site surveying, according to the company.

It processes GPS, GLONASS and SBAS signals via Magellan’s patented baseline accurate determination engine (BLADE) technology.

According to a spokesman for Magellan, “The ProMark 500 delivers state-of-the art RTK features in a light, cable-free rover that provides maximum mobility and flexibility. The BLADE technology insures fast initialisation, long-range accuracy, robust signal tracking, superior performance in occluded-sky environments and it is upgradeable for tomorrow’s evolving satellite constellations.”
