WHI Safeguard's Scaffolding and Barrier Safety Light

WHI Safeguard has launched the Scaffolding and Barrier Safety Light designed for industrial sites.

The battery-operated light fixture can be fitted securely and quickly to scaffolding and other surfaces with side or vertical brackets. The photocell light is activated by darkness, so the construction site will automatically be lit when natural lighting is no longer sufficient. The 360° amber light provides 30 flashes per minute, with other colours are available on request.

WHI Safeguard also offers the Scaffolding Bulkhead Safety Light. It has side and vertical bracket options, allowing it to be fitted to a wall or temporary construction, or around scaffolding. It is protected against dust, water and other substances often found at construction sites. The Bulkhead light is easily installed or moved with the mounting brackets.

Steve Hooper, WHI Safeguard director, said, “The construction industry has very strict safety guidelines to adhere to and it can be difficult for companies to find feasible and affordable options. Now, contractors can ensure the safety of their staff and members of the public with these simple lighting solutions. ”

The intelligent design of all the safety lights allows all products to retrofit to existing equipment. Designed and developed in the UK, they use low power LED technology to give 4000+ hours of use before the batteries require changing.
