IC publisher KHL Group used last month's ConExpo exhibition in Las Vegas as the launchpad for its new magazine, American Cranes & Transport, for the US market. Reaction to the announcement of the new magazine was positive and the exhibition was an ideal forum to spread the news among the new magazine's target readership of equipment users and buyers. KHL believes that in addition to international magazine International Cranes and Specialized Transport, there is a need for a high-quality publication dedicated to covering the crane, heavy transport, telehandler and general lifting industries in the North American market. ACT will be the official domestic magazine of the SC&RA (Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association) and aims to be the leading magazine for the market.
