Alex Taylor to host World Demolition Summit

Experienced European journalist and broadcaster Alex Taylor will host this year’s World Demolition Summit, which takes place online on 12 November at 3pm UK time.

Alex Taylor has presented more than 700 events

Born in Britain, Alex has lived for 30 years in France and Germany, producing and presenting television and radio programmes.

A multi-linguist, he has presented more than 700 events over a period of 15 years as well as working on French television and radio and for the BBC and VOX TV in Germany. He was also programme director of Radio France Internationale.

Currently he hosts I-Talk on Euronews, interviewing leading policy makers in the European Parliament.

This year’s summit, which takes place online due to Covid-19, will comprise four high-profile project-based conference presentations and the announcement of the winners of this year’s World Demolition Awards.

We will also be announcing the date and venue of the 2021 event.

The World Demolition Summit, now in its 12th year, is organised by Demolition & Recycling International magazine in co-operation with the European Demolition Association and the National Demolition Association of the USA. The headline sponsor is Volvo Construction Equipment.
