Access Platform Sales (APS) is now offering the new Hinowa 20.10 tracked boom lift powered entirely by a Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) battery for sale in the UK.

Launched in 2013, the new 20.10 model is Hinowa’s seventh tracked boom to be made available with this advanced battery pack, as the Hinowa Lightlift 20.10 Performance IIIS Lithium.

Richard Tindale, sales & marketing director of IAPS Group, which owns APS, said, “The UK access industry has been very receptive to the class-leading features and benefits of the recent Hinowa 20.10 and 17.75 models.

“The addition of Lithium Ion as an option makes these machines even more suited to applications where engine emissions are unwanted, such as airports, shopping centres and public buildings.

The Hinowa Lightlift 20.10 IIIS Lithium shares all the same specifications as the standard 20.10 model. This machine can lift 230 kg – enough for two people with tools – without restriction throughout its working envelope of 20 m maximum working height and up to 9.7 m of horizontal outreach. The dual pantograph boom design also allows easy working flush with walls and it has a three-speed drive system which helps reach the work area quickly.
