CRH has bought a 50% stake in Turkey's Denizli Cement, and the remaining 50% it did not already own in Paver Systems in Florida, US for a total US$ 293 million in cash including debt.

The building materials group said it bought 50% of Denizli Cement Eren Holdings, a privately owned industrial group, as part of a joint venture agreement, and will have joint management control of the business.
