Constellation buys Solutions by Computer

Solutions by Computer will continue developing, selling, and servicing its Enfinity and CounterPro rental software under its own brand and with current management.

Solutions by Computer, established in 1982, provides business management software to the equipment, tool and event rental industries. It has approximately 2200 installation locations and 9000 licensed users in North America and others in Latin America and Europe and the United Kingdom. Constellation Software provides software and services internationally to a number of industries in the public and private sectors.
