ERA Technical Committee: Training Checklist for Level 2 Engineer

ERA’s Technical Committee has released an additional document on training for engineers.

A few years ago, the document “Training – Education and Technical Training for Rental Companies” was produced, identifying four levels of training corresponding to four levels of maintenance.

With levels 1 and 2 relevant to rental, the rental companies on the Committee decided to set frameworks for those levels to help OEMs provide them with the right information and materials to improve their training.

They started with an example of a checklist for a level 1 engineer and they are now publishing a checklist relevant to the needs of a level 2 engineer.

The documents are available on the ERA website: https://erarental.org/publications/education-and-technical-training-for-rental-companies/

For questions related to the documents or to the ERA Technical Committee, please contact the ERA team at era@erarental.org.
