HOK's mixed-use Ajman tower

HOK has unveiled its designs for a 60 storey mixed–use tower in Ajman, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for Saudi–based developer Tanmiyat.

The centrepiece of a 26 hectare redevelopment project, the scheme will include 18000 homes, and 0.4 million m² of shops and entertainment facilities. Work on site is due to start in early 2008 and will be completed in two phases within a five year period.
