HOK's mixed-use Ajman tower

HOK has unveiled its designs for a 60 storey mixed–use tower in Ajman, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for Saudi–based developer Tanmiyat.

The centrepiece of a 26 hectare redevelopment project, the scheme will include 18000 homes, and 0.4 million m2 of shops and entertainment facilities. Work on site is due to start in early 2008 and will be completed in two phases within a five year period.
