With the deadline for award entries past we can announce that we have received over 100 submissions: the highest number yet. The judges will really have their work cut out to decide on the shortlisted companies, which will be decided when they meet next week.

The shortlisted companies will be published on our web site and in the February issue of Access International. The winners will be announced at the IPAF Summit and IAPA Awards dinner at the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam on 14 April.

The five members of the judging panel are:

- Roger Bowden (owner/founder, Niftylift, UK)
- Gerhard Hillebrand (IPAF Italy representative)
- Murray Pollok (managing editor, Access International)
- Steve Shaughnessy (IPAF president)
- Mike Watts (chairman/founder, Sunstate Equipment, US.)

At the last two IAPA (International Awards for Powered Access) dinners, tickets have been in high demand so don't delay in booking yours now at www.iapa-summit.info.

The event sponsors: Iron Planet, Haulotte, Genie and Alo look forward to seeing you in Amsterdam as does Access International and our co-organisers IPAF (International Powered Access Federation)
