Mexico: ICA, Mexico's largest construction company, has issued MXP 2.13 billion (US$ 200 million) worth of new shares. The company has the option to sell a further 70.9 million MXP 4.50 (US$ 0.42) shares by early September, raising an additional MXP 319 million (US$ 30 million). It plans to use the capital raised to fund new projects.
