IPS, the UK-based international supplier of replacement parts and service, has given their parts ordering website a facelift.

The site, which was previously accessed via the IPS UK website, will now stand alone allowing users a direct link to log in and order parts through their international distribution network.

The change has been made in response to feedback from customers and group operations.

Lucy Bebbington, IPS's marketing manager said, "Our customers' opinions are important to us. Whether it's good or bad, we wanted to hear what our users had to say about our online parts ordering website following its launch in January 2008.

"On the whole the site was well received, but there were still a few areas in which we could improve. With this in mind we have tweaked our website and can reveal our new front page and direct link to online ordering."

IPS customers can now go straight to www.ipspartsonline.com giving them direct access to the parts only ordering facility. IPS sources and stocks most major OEM parts which are sold on an international level.
