29 June 2014

Independent Parts Specialists (IPS) has appointed Instant Norge as its parts partner for Norway and the Baltic States.

Instant Norge was originally established in 1973 as an UpRight scaffold sales operation. Today, it has operations in Norway and the Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Thomas Sjøvold, co-owner of Instant Norge, said, “IPS is an acknowledged leader in the supply of spare parts for access platforms. This partnership enables us to provide all owners of aerial lifts in Norway and the Baltics with fast access to a huge range of affordable parts, for all major brands.”

As an official parts partner, Instant Norge will maintain an inventory of parts at its facilities in Oslo, Bergen, Talinn, Vilnius and Riga; as well as on its mobile parts vans.

IPS has direct sales operations in the UK and France as well as several established parts partners across Europe and in Australia. The company is actively expanding its parts partner programme, most recently appointing KK Materiel in Denmark and IPS Ireland.
