Forklift manufacturer Jungheinrich has joined equipment rental marketplace Klickrent, offering counterbalance trucks, high and low lift models and other machinery for online rental.

Kerk Wichmann, head of Jungheinrich’s rental business, said, "By partnering with Klickrent we can expand the online availability of our products.

"Three key success factors for a short-term rental business are responsiveness, availability and absolute reliability. Together, we offer our potential customers rapid and efficient procurement of rental equipment for every purpose and site.”

And Klickrent CEO Sören Ladig added, “The partnership with Jungheinrich underscores our ambition at Klickrent of making industries outside the traditional construction industry attractive in the long-term.

“We will also work together to deepen our strategic partnership, and further develop online rental.”

Klickrent is a new online equipment rental market place, established by German rental giant Zeppelin Rental in 2014.
