Aixomat has a fleet of small tools and 200 machines, including excavators, loaders and dump trucks, and rents to customers in building and construction.

Xavier du Boÿs, CEO of Kiloutou, said; “This transaction helps consolidate the French market and strengthens our proximity to customers. Aixomat is a high quality company and I am very happy to welcome its staff to the Kiloutou Group.”

Kiloutou said it would rely on the experience and knowledge of the existing Aixomat staff to develop the site.

Didier Roussarie, founder of Aixomat, said: “I am delighted with the acquisition of Aixomat by Kiloutou. The plan for the business was an essential element in my decision to sell and I am convinced that the company I created will continue to develop successfully.”
