A free webinar, Debt Restructuring for Cranes & Other Heavy Equipment, is being offered by SC&RA.
At noon Eastern Standard Time on 15 February you can learn about debt restructuring methods such as loan extensions, the creation of A/B loan structures, short sales and other negotiated discounts, transfer of property to lenders and liquidation.
The webinar promises to help get you acquainted with the ways of banks, borrowers, investors, outside counsel, and debt restructuring specialists and learn how to identify the shortcomings of self help advocacy and the types of professionals needed to help. It will also touch on takeout capital sources and the cost of such capital and some recent industry trends and forecasts.
