Mammoet expands fleet with 650 axle lines

Heavy lift and transport company, Mammoet, has signed a deal for 650 axle lines of self propelled modular transporter (SPMT) from Scheuerle.
Following the deal, the total number of axle lines in Mammoet’s fleet is more than 3,000.
Jan Kleijn, Mammoet CEO, said, “We meet a lot of demand for intelligent transport solutions around the world. The substantial acquisition is a strategic investment in Mammoet’s fleet.”

It enables us to maintain our position as the leading heavy lifting and multimodal transport solutions specialist.”
