Time to apply for an Engineeered Giving scholarship

June 30th is the deadline for applying for the Engineered Giving scholarship. Engineered Giving is a nonprofit foundation established by Engineered Rigging.

Engineered Giving, a nonprofit foundation established by Engineered Rigging, is accepting applications for its US$3,000 scholarship which was established to foster the education of a future engineer or skilled technical professional.

Applicants must plan to pursue a career in the heavy lifting and specialized transport industry, be a resident of the US states of Indiana or Arkansas, and be enrolled or accepted into an accredited college, university, vocational school or technical training program in Indiana or Arkansas.

In addition, applicants must demonstrate a strong sense of volunteerism in alignment with Engineered Giving’s mission to uplift local communities.

“Engineered Rigging is committed to developing young talent who will carry the heavy lifting industry forward,” said Christopher Cox, P.E., founder and president of Engineered Rigging.

In addition to the annual scholarship, the company has a robust internship program and campus recruiting initiatives, Cox said.
