Maxim exits Chapter 11

In the US Maxim Crane Works exited Chapter 11 Bankrupty Protection on Friday 28 January 2005. The world's largest crane rental company had been in Chapter 11 since 14 June 2004. President Art Innamorato told IC that the company's problems are “well behind us” and that Maxim is “committed to improving service and becoming the premier lifting company in the US.” See page 69 of this issue for more from Innamorato on the future of Maxim Crane Works.
