Van Beek, who holds degrees in engineering and business leadership, left the US-based firm in the mid-2000s but has now re-joined to help drive MBW through a new stage of growth.

According to MBW, his return comes after “a successful and impressive career” at Saelens Corporation - the parent company of components manufacturer Precision Diamond.

Speaking of his appointment, MBW said, “We feel he is an excellent fit for us and that MBW is fortunate to have him taking this leadership role. He will participate in setting the vision, managing leadership and directing future next steps on MBW’s journey.”

Having joined Saelens in 2007 as a sales manager, Van Beek rose through the ranks to become the company’s vice president and COO, helping it to grow into a business with 165 employees working across two locations and achieve ISO-IATF certification.
