UK-based agricultural machinery specialists MST Group has relaunched its construction division in a bid to tap into the increasing demand for equipment for construction and homebuilding in Devon.

MST is already an authorised Kubota dealer for its agricultural equipment and is now expanding its construction fleet by adding the Kubota range of mini- excavators.

Robin Wearn, head of MST Group’s construction division, said; “Confidence is definitely returning to the construction industry, particularly in the south west as more and more projects get off the ground.

“The response from the contracting and plant hire sector in this region to date has been fantastic, with 14 machines sold already and sales up 250% over the last few months”.

Kubota’s range of mini-excavators include the KX Series and zero tail swing U Series, and range from 0.8 t category up to the 8 t KX080-4.
