New depots for GAP

12 February 2016

UK-based rental company GAP Hire Solutions said it planned to open three new depots in the South West of England in February.

It said Langage Park in Plymouth had opened its doors to new Non-Mechanical Plant and Welfare Services locations, whilst Bristol’s Rockingham Park had welcomed the addition of a Non-Mechanical Plant depot.

GAP said it currently had a Plant & Tool Hire and Survey & Safety Hire depot in Bristol’s Avonbridge Trading Estate, whilst Jubilee Way hosts Lifting Hire & Sales and Welfare Services depots. In Plymouth, Plant & Tool Hire and Lifting Hire & Sales reside in the city’s Estover Industrial Estate.

GAP joint managing director at GAP Douglas Anderson said, “We consider new locations very carefully and we have chosen these new buildings in Plymouth and Bristol to enhance the current hire options we offer our customers there. All three new locations offer ample space to store a wide range of equipment and are within a close proximity to local road networks.”

The company said it now had over 130 locations throughout the UK.
