JCB has introduced new features to its LiveLink telematics portal

The updated LiveLink interface features a dashboard view showing monitoring, machine usage and performance data.

The updated JCB LiveLink dashboard view displays data relating to overall monitoring, machine usage and performance.

The platform can also store documentation including compliance certificates and safety inspections relating to a fleet.

The optional LiveLink Enterprise feature allows information to be automatically extracted from existing rental or fleet management systems to reduce manual data entry and administration.

Other features include machine health alerts, mixed fleet functionality to incorporate data from other manufacturers, and compatibility with the JCB Operator app for digital pre-start checks, centralising the entire fleet’s telematics data into one place.

A machine sharing feature also allows the user to give visibility of equipment data to other users and organisations relevant to rental businesses.

The web platform’s machine health alerts notify users of potential machine problems before they cause down time and enable instant action from the portal.

The JCB Operator app works alongside the web platform and is compatible with both iOS and Android. The app alerts operators regarding failed pre-start checks via LiveLink, and operators can take photos and add text if required to resolve issues.

Completed checks are stored digitally within the machine record and can be exported to PDF format for sharing or auditing.
