• “We see large opportunities in developing countries - donors are moving towards funding PPP firms (public private partnerships) buying equipment for rental to smaller firms which cannot afford buying equipment on their own.”

• “In Saudi Arabia there is a good opportunity in crane and concrete pump rental businesses.”

• “In the future we will expect less differences between short term and long term rental business. People need more flexibility and contracts that are related to the contracts the customer has with their customers.”

• “Use a specialist consultant/broker to cross-hire fleet and optimise on utilization.”

• There is a tremendous opportunity in the ‘green' rental sector in Europe and Australia.”
