Palfinger CEO Anzengruber leaves

Wolfgang Anzengruber has resigned as CEO of Palfinger to join Austian energy company Verbund. He had headed the company since Septmber 2003.

Commenting on Mr Anzengruber's departure, Alexander Exner, chairman of the company's Supervisory Board said, "We respect the wish of the Supervisory Board of Verbund to have Wolfgang Anzengruber at the top of Austria's largest energy supplier. We wish Wolfgang Anxengruber every success in his new position. At the same time, we are sorry that Wolfgang Anzengruber is leaving the Board as he was a member of a very successful management team at Palnfinger, which under his direction performed outstanding achievements."

The company added that a new CEO will be named "in the near future."
