Platform Sales & Hire buys BAR

UK company Platform Sales & Hire, based in Leighton Buzzard has bought BAR (Bucks Access Rentals). BAR was established in 2005 and, for some time, the companies have worked in collaboration.

Chris Caney and Duncan Howard, directors of Platform Sales & Hire said, "We like the team spirit at BAR and also the good reputation that the company has built up. The purchase of BAR made good sense for it to become our second access centre."

BAR will remain in Milton Keynes where the intention is to retain the existing staff and build up the operation.
