07 April 2016

Rapid Climate Control, a specialist business belonging to UK rental company A-Plant, has recently benefitted from over £2 million (€2.5 million) in investment in new equipment.

In addition to the fleet, investment has been made to expand the national network of locations and update the branding, according to the company.

It said Fral UK, the climate control business acquired by A-Plant in October 2015, had been successfully integrated with Rapid Climate Control to form a division offering a complete climate control solution.

Managing Director of Fral UK, Dave Matthews has been appointed as Director of Rapid Climate Control, which is now a standalone Division of A-Plant.

Mr Matthews said, “Since A-Plant acquired the two companies there has been a huge investment in the newly created division, we have purchased a range of equipment from the likes of Fral, Olimpia Splendid and Honeywell and have plans in place for new locations as we further expand our service centre network.

“The outlook is very positive for Rapid Climate Control; the team has a tremendous amount of experience, which combined with a broad product range and the financial support from A-Plant means we can offer customers outstanding choice and service in the industries they operate in, including media, FM, events and retail amongst others.”
