Presentation
Urban factors in demolition projects

Demolition sites are more commonly located at the city centre placed in the middle of buildings, streets and municipal operations as well as in old industrial areas.

In these kinds of demolition projects and the construction after demolition, different challenges arise. For example, environmental contamination, geotechnical structures and stormwater control.

Combining all the basics (geotechnical, environmental and demolition) before the project starts can lower the risks of a slow projects or hold-ups during the work.
