Terex AWP: service, parts manuals online

By Lindsey Anderson09 February 2009

Stating green initiatives, Terex AWP will now offer manuals free of charge on DVD or through the Genie Industries' website at www.genieindustries.com/manuals.asp.

"Not only are we providing our customers with easy-to-access, up-to-date information, we are reducing our carbon footprint by cutting down our overall paper consumption," said Dave Schille, director of parts and warranty, Terex AWP.

Customers can still buy printed versions of manuals by contacting their local Genie dealer. All Genie booms, scissors and telehandlers as well as Terex generators and light towers, will be offered the service and parts manuals online upon purchase.
