US: Spanish contractor Ferrovial has announced it is to acquire Webber Group, a Texas, US—based contractor with annual sales of more than US$ 400 million. The deal is valued at US$ 220 million and is subject to US anti—trust authority approval. The Webber Group builds infrastructure in the Dallas and Houston areas and also has aggregate production and recycling facilities in Texas.
