The most recent addition to Worldlift’s road towable product range is the Denka DLX15 MkII, a 15 m working height lift.

Worldlift Industries, the Danish manufacturers of Denka Lifts and Falck Schmidt Spider Lifts, has appointed Urban Access Ltd to represent the company in the UK.

Urban Access specialises in the sale and servicing of powered access equipment, in particular, narrow width spider type access platforms and road towable access platforms. It also offers training either on site or at IPAF certified centres.

Neil Wilkinson, Managing Director for Urban Access said, "We are extremely delighted to be the new UK representative for World Lift Industries AS and their impressive range of Spider Lift and road towable access platforms.

"Our appointment comes at a time when established and new rental companies alike may be looking to diversify and consider alternative types of powered access equipment to complement their existing range of machines."

Mr Wilkinson told AI that he expects the Worldlift range of products - particularly the Denka products - to appeal to rental companies looking to broaden their fleet and aiming to achieve a larger percentage return on their investment,. He anticipates that the Falcon Spiders will prove popular with end users in applications such as facilities management.

The most recent addition to Worldlift's road towable product range is the Denka DLX15 MkII, a 15 m working height lift, using a parallelogram riser, two stage telescopic boom, hydraulic site drive system and a 1800 fly-Jib that can be automatically stowed for transportation, keeping the overall length of the machine below 6.5 m.
