Vp acquires UCS Plant's tools and telehandler fleet

UK Equipment specialist, Vp plc, has acquired the tools and telehandler fleet of UCS Plant Ltd of the Rand Group Ltd for £0.9 million.

Vp has also entered into a three year, sole supply agreement with Rand's subsidiaries UCS Civils and Linpave Building to hire a range of tools and other specialist equipment.

Jeremy Pilkington, chairman of Vp plc said, "The acquisition of the tools and telehandler fleet and the securing of an associated three year sole supply agreement with Rand is an important further development for the Group.
