Gaurav Kikani, Vice President of Operations & Strategy | Built Robotics

At Built Robotics, a company building automated guidance systems for heavy equipment, Gaurav oversees growth, operations, and business development.

Previously, he launched startup companies at Shumway Capital, an investment firm, and was a consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised companies in the mining and technology sectors.

Gaurav graduated with honors in finance and economics at Northwestern University.

A native Texan, his interest in heavy equipment originates from growing up surrounded by the oil and gas industry.

With a longstanding interest in automated machinery Alan has worked in the vehicle industry for over 25 years.

In his previous senior tecnology roles with Volvo Construction Equipment and CNH Industrial, he focused on leadership, product development, efficiency and the digital and electrification transformation.
