Yamagata takes on 50th Liebherr LTM 11200-9.1

Japanese lifting and transport company Yamagata will take delivery of the 50th Liebherr LTM 11200-9.1 wheeled mobile telescopic crane.

The 1,200 tonne capacity crane has a 100 metre telescopic boom and a maximum reach of 188 m when configured with lattice extensions and luffing jib. The nine-axle crane can also provide a large radius using its lattice luffing jib which can be up to 126 m long, the manufacturer said.

The nine-axle crane will be delivered in September. It will be the largest crane in the Yamagata fleet and will work alongside a number of mobile and rough terrain cranes that are currently being used for port work.
