Loxam has gone live with its new Wynne Systems rental software system at 500 of its branches in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Loxam started trialing Wynne's RentalMan software in 2008 and in early 2010 announced that it was going to use RentalMan throughout its business.

It completed the switch to RentalMan at its French division Laho at the end of 2010 and has now gone live with the rest of its French business as well as Belgium. Loxam's businesses in the UK, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands have still to be converted to RentalMan.

"We are happy that the relationship between Wynne Systems and Loxam has continued to grow over the years. RentalMan was built on a platform that allows for seamless implementations, no matter how large or small," said Michael Stilwagner, vice president of business development for Wynne Systems.

Wynne Systems has also recently won the contract to supply Ramirent with its RentalMan system.

Last month Wynne was sold by its previous owner, United Rentals, to Canadian group Constellation Software, which also owns Solutions by Computer (SBC).
