A Northern Ireland-based manufacturer has been ranked in the United Kingdom’s list of companies with the fastest growing international sales for the third year in a row.
CDE Global, an provider of wet processing equipment for industries including construction and demolition (C&D) waste, was placed 169th in the 10th annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200.
The league table ranks the UK’s mid-market private companies with the fastest-growing exports.
In the past two years, CDE has increased its annual international sales by 38%, with overseas revenues making up more than three-quarters of its total sales for 2018.
Since the mid-1990s, the company has designed and installed almost 2,000 turnkey wet processing solutions across the world.
Its recent achievements include a C&D waste project in New York and a multi-million-dollar project in Hawaii to produce washed sand and aggregates for use in the construction industry.
“At the core of CDE’s international operations is a commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions to our growing list of global customers,” said managing director Brendan McGurgan.
“Leveraging the latest in technology and engineering techniques our world-class team continue to innovate and lead the market, adding greater value to customers and their bottom line.
“This recognition comes during a period of significant growth as we continue to reinvest in the company. Last year, we opened our North America Headquarters in Cleburne, Texas, to gain a greater foothold in the market in North and South America.
“In the coming weeks we will officially open our new global headquarters.”
