The summit takes place in Dublin, Ireland on November 7 and 8 – and NDA members can enjoy discounted tickets for the industry’s premier networking event.

“We have worked closely with the KHL Group and its Demolition & Recycling International magazine for a number of years now,” said Scott, who was vice-president to Peter Banks when the summit organiser hosted the event in co-operation with the NDA in Miami two years ago.

“The World Demolition Summit was a tremendous success when it was held in the US. And even though it is in Europe this time I can recommend the mix of conference, awards dinner and networking opportunities as a worthwhile use of a few days out of the office.”

Scott has kindly agreed to present the overall ‘best of the best’ World Demolition Award at the awards dinner, while NDA board member Dennis McGarel is among the speakers on the conference programme.

All you need to do is visit the summit website at www.demolitionsummit.com and book your place. When you reach the checkout, insert the promotional code WDS20 and the discount will be automatically applied.

This year’s summit – organised by the KHL Group’s Demolition and Recycling International (D&Ri) magazine in co-operation with the European Demolition Association with the support of the NDA – takes place at the iconic Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, on November 7 and 8.

As in previous years it comprises a networking drinks reception on the Wednesday evening, a conference during the daytime on Thursday and a gala awards dinner that night.

The summit is now in its 10th year and as such is a recognised date in the diary for demolition contractors and other industry professionals, with almost 400 delegates attending the 2017 event in London.

Even by its own standards, however, 2018 has the look of a special year.

The awards attracted a record entry, from which 48 shortlisted entries from more than 30 companies worldwide will go head to head across 14 categories including two manufacturer innovation awards.

Meanwhile the speaker line up is truly international, with speakers from Europe, North America and Asia.

The full conference programme and the awards shortlist are available at www.demolitionsummit.com or in the latest issue of D&Ri which you can download from www.khl.com

See you in Dublin!
