The Marriott Boston Copley Place hotel will host the awards dinner on the evening of Thursday October 24

Now in their 11th year, the awards will be presented at the World Demolition Summit on the evening of Thursday October 24. The ceremony, at the city’s Boston Marriott Copley Place Hotel, follows a conference that takes place during the daytime of October 24 and a networking drinks reception for delegates the previous evening.

As in 2018, the Urban category has been split into two sections due to the large volume of entries received. The New Entrant Award, now in its third year, will be presented once again on the night, as will the overall “best of the best” World Demolition Award decided by the judges from the various winners.

With presentations in 14 categories it is certain to be a tense, though enjoyable, evening for all concerned.
