Demag AC 300-6 for Gräser-Eschbach

Crane and transport specialist Gräser-Eschbach was the first company in Germany to take delivery of a new Demag AC 300-6 model all terrain crane.

The 300 tonne capacity AT joined the fleet of the Mannheim-based company in July 2018. It was announced as a new model in June 2017.

Commenting on his purchase, Frank Eschbach, Gräser-Eschbach managing director, said, “For us, the AC 300-6 is not only one of the newest but also one of the best and most powerful cranes in the 300 tonne class. Above all, its high lifting capacity of 15 tonnes with a fully extended main boom length of 80 metres makes it the perfect crane for our company.”

Eschbach took delivery of the new crane which was launched  from Michael Zieger, Terex Cranes sales manager, at the factory in Zweibrücken, which is only 120 km from Mannheim. Gräser-Eschbach also has a depot in Bad Schönborn. In operation for more than 70 years, the family business includes crane rental, heavy transport, lifting technology and assembly logistics, Terex said.
