Chieusse Levage has been acquired by Mediaco

Rental specialist Mediaco has acquired fellow French crane rental house Chieusse Levage to strengthen its presence in the south east of the country.

Chieusse Levage operates in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes Cote d’Azur region of France. It has 14 cranes between 30 and 130 tonnes capacity, stationed at depots in Les Arcs, Fréjus, Grimaud and Nice. Mediaco is adding four all terrain cranes; a 200 tonner, a 90, a 60 and a Liebherr MK110 mobile folding construction crane.

Chieusse Levage, formerly known as Les Arcs Levage, was started by the Chieusse family in 1975. From 2 June the business will be renamed Mediaco Center Var. Paul Chieusse will join Mediaco as director of the three Mediaco Center Var businesses. Mediaco said it is pleased to integrate the employees of the Chieusse Levage company and that it welcomes its new employees.
