Case signs supplier agreement with True Value

Case Construction Equipment (Case CE) has signed a supplier agreement with True Value Company, the US cooperative of independent hardware stores that includes more than 1000 rental locations operated under the True Value Rental, Taylor Rental, Just Ask Rental and Grand Rental Station brands.

"The agreement gives owners of more than 1000 rental outlets the ability to place Case equipment in their inventory", said Pat Hunt, director of strategic accounts for Case CE, "which will drive loyal Case customers to these outlets for their rental needs."

Case said the agreement with True Value focuses on compact equipment, including skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, loader/backhoes, rough-terrain forklifts, wheel loaders, excavators, telescopic handlers and compaction equipment.

"This is a great outlet for our compact equipment offerings, especially Case skid steers and compact excavators," said Mr Hunt.

The agreement was finalized just before True Value's annual Rental Market expo in January, during which rental operators have to opportunity to put a wide range of equipment to test.

"Case met with buyers and rental operators from all over the country," said Mr Hunt, "As a result of the successes at the event, we have already put Case equipment into True Value rental operations."

True Value Company is based in Chicago and has more than 5000 independent retailer locations worldwide operating within the cooperative. Of the 1000 rental stores, there are 600 Just Ask Rental locations, 450 Grand Rental Station and Taylor Rental locations and more than 250 True Value Garden Showplace locations.
