Liebherr has introduced an additional undercarriage variant for its electrically powered EP 934 C material handler that provides a self-supporting steel undercarriage with four-point-support in addition to the crawler and column undercarriage options. The machine is powered by a 160 kW electric motor and has a working outreach of 20 m (65.6 ft).

According to Liebherr, the new undercarriage provides greater flexibility in the organisation of work areas and it needs no elaborate or expensive constructions or foundations to operate.
