France-based Eiffage Génie Civil (Eiffage Infrastructures) has launched the Ævia brand, under which it will now be grouping all its maintenance, repair and reinforcement activities.

Through Ævia, Eiffage aims to hone its market approach to offer its clients – both public and private – a full range of tailored products and expertise, for engineering industrial structures and buildings.

The Ævia brand intends to bring together individual teams: one dedicated to BSI, an ultra-high-performance fibred concrete developed by Eiffage; another from Via-Pontis and Résirep, responsible for projects in the north and south of France respectively; a team from Etic, specialising in the design and installation of high-tech equipment for engineering structures; and a fourth from TSV, specialising in structure jacking and sliding.

Eiffage says these teams offer operational expertise for challenging environments where traffic must be kept moving or on occupied industrial sites, which will enable Eiffage Génie Civil to make Ævia the benchmark for asset conservation and improvement.
