Rockster Recycler’s new R1000S crushing concrete

The company says the highlight will be the recently developed R1000S mobile track mounted impact crusher. With the patent protected double functional return belt and the Duplex-system, which allows a wider range of application by interchange of the crusher units, Rockster believes the R1000S represents the future of professional crushers.

The hydraulically and vertically adjustable magnetic separator, the hydraulically lowerable screen box and the swiveling catwalk are said to guarantee a great ease of operation and maintainability, while the up-and-over lift system of the side and back doors enables an easier accessibility and saves space.

Because of its compact measurements – 10.1 m (33 ft) long, 2.55 m (8 ft) wide and 3.2 m (10 ft 6 in) high – and its 30.4 t (67,000 lb) weight, it is possible to transport the Rockster R1000S without special authorisation.

It takes just 10 minutes to unload the impact crusher and put it into operation, and If the transport includes the optional screening system the dismantling of the return belt and screen box is not necessary.
