Tyler Brown has been hired as senior vice president of Western operations at Acme Lift Co. Brown replaces Chelsea Long who was recently promoted to senior vice president of national accounts with the company.

“Tyler brings a well-developed understanding of how to bring valued service to every distinctly different rental company in the U.S.,” said Woody Weld, Acme Lift chairman and chief executive officer. “His training and experience are extremely valuable to Acme Lift and we welcome him to the team.”

Brown came to Acme Lift from JCB Inc., where, as national accounts business manager from 2014 to 2017, his team was responsible for developing and implementing JCB’s rental industry sales initiatives.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of the Acme Lift team, and have had the privilege of witnessing their dedication to customer service first-hand throughout my career.” Brown said. “Acme Lift’s world-class organization and product offering are second to none, and I’m excited to participate in the growth of the company as we continue to build on our relationships in North America.”

Before joining JCB, Brown was a northwestern regional sales manager with Genie Industries from 2005 to 2014, handling new equipment sales and service as well as used equipment and refurbishment.
