Active Access invests in new Hinowa booms.

Active Access, based in Scotland, has wasted no time under new ownership to expand its specialised access fleet.

The company has ordered a further 10 Hinowa tracked booms from the Scottish Hinowa dealer, APS. This consignment consists of a mix of 17.75, 20.10 and 26.14 machines - and is in addition to three brand new machines delivered earlier this week. It will bring Active Access’ tracked boom fleet to 14 along with the Hinowa 14.70 that the company already owned.

Active Access was sold to Euro Mechanical Handling (EMH) recently, after intense negotiations.

APS sales director (North), Shane Paver, said, “The Hinowa tracked booms selected by Active Access include the latest innovations, such as remote controls for operator convenience. We have enjoyed a great relationship with both Active Access and EMH for some time.”
